Bought my wife some tickets to see Cirque de Eloize for Valentines gift. The performance was in Galveston i'm in H-town (really good performance by the way) so we leave the house and head down the beltway towards I45 cruising at about 85mph radar goes off; duck into the right lane crest hill there he is no biggie.Half mile past the cop Bmw z4 is hauling a$$ from behind i move back into the right lane and let him pass, before I can downshift my wife says let him go,so reluctantly I do, but I keep him in check(let him be my rabbit) get off the beltway and onto I45 no traffic I gun it and catch the Z4 the driver is completley amazed as I get next to him I see he has a radar detector so I'm really not racing just using him as a pace vehicle.The driver waves bye-bye and punches it; just as he does my radar goes off full tilt and then stops at that point I must have been doing about 90mph; I completly get off the gas and stab the brakes 3 or 4 times which gets down to about 70-75mph we go under an overpass and bang full tilt again and then nothing the Z4 is about 3-4 car lenghts ahead if not more. The underpass is real dark and I notice avehicle in the grass then all of sudden it becomes a disco; state trooper, he pulls up behind me and i know he's got me I'm in the middle lane he then pulls into the fastlane and nabs the Bimmer and as I drive bye I wave. Valentine 6 the man 0. this was posted for those who think Valentines are overrated too expensive, the trooper was using instant on and using it quite well the bmw and I wrer the first in the pack so there was very little warning except when he turned it on b4 we got to the underpass or when he turned proir to us getting to him.
